THE COURSE

NCAA, YOUTH, AGE GROUP RACES = 375 meter swim / 10k bike (TWO LOOPS) / 2.5k run (ONE LOOP)

NDR (aka EDR) = 750 meter swim / 20k bike (FOUR LOOPS) / 5k run (TWO LOOPS)


The race venue is located within Lake Louisa State Park, providing an ideal setting for a draft-legal race. Just a short drive from Orlando, Lake Louisa State Park is renowned for its beautiful lakes, rolling hills, and scenic landscapes. The race course is completely closed to traffic, ensuring a safe and exciting environment, while spectators will find ample spots to cheer on the athletes throughout this thrilling race.  

The main entrance for Lake Louisa is at 7305 US Highway 27 in Clermont.

The swim takes place from a beach start with an average temperature ranging in the low 70's F. Following the swim, the race will take athletes on a loop bike course on a well paved and fast road. After completing the bike course, athletes will hit the run course.

SPECIAL NOTE: the water temperature during last year's event was 76 degrees. We will be following all USAT wetsuit rules - depending on your race.
