EVENT PARKING
VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CLOSELY
PARKING GUIDELINES
Athlete Parking:
Athlete parking is inside the racecourse and requires strict timing.
Arrive 5 minutes before your assigned parking window (see times below). Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Enter only during your designated window — no earlier or later.
Spectator Parking:
Spectator parking is 1.75 miles from the venue.
Carpool with your athlete if possible to avoid shuttle delays.
Shuttles will run between the spectator lot and the venue.
Event Day Reminders:
Athletes must exit the venue promptly after their race via the back exit.
Overflow vehicles will be directed to spectator parking, with shuttles available. Bicycles can be ridden to the main venue if needed.
Parking Passes:
Each vehicle needs a parking pass.
Passes must be purchased online by Saturday, February 24. The actual passes will be distributed in the athlete packets.
Friday course reviews require a $5 pass at the park gate. The course will be marked by 3:00 PM Friday.
Important Notes:
Park capacity is limited and may close to new vehicles by late morning Friday. Reopening depends on space availability.
Please respect the Park Staff and follow their directions.

- Park Entrance: Opens at 6:30 AM on both days. The gate will be closed before this time.
- Plan Ahead: Spectators should consider carpooling with athletes or using the spectator parking lot (shuttle service available).
RACE WEEKEND - SPECTATOR PARKING
At the main “T” intersection (see map below), a park staff member will direct vehicles that are transporting bikes to the parking queue to wait their turn to enter the main venue parking area.
All vehicles that are not carrying bikes, will be directed to the spectator parking area (see right).
Shuttles will be available to transport people to and from the spectator parking area to the main venue (in between each race). Athletes may also park in the spectator area and simply bike down to the venue and back.
The distance between the two lots is approximately 1.75 miles.
